RAMS Global has joined the new partnership structure of the Italian luxury fashion and lifestyle brand ETRO, contributing to the brand's global growth process. RAMS has become part of one of the strategic collaborations supporting the global expansion of the world-renowned Italian luxury fashion and lifestyle brand ETRO. The new partnership structure seeks to reinforce ETRO's global positioning while maintaining the brand's distinctive design heritage and creative spirit.

Within this framework, RAMS, together with Swinger International and SRI Group, participated in the process related to the transfer of minority shares of ETRO in agreement with the brand's majority shareholder L Catterton. L Catterton will continue to support ETRO's long-term growth strategy while maintaining its position as the majority shareholder.

Continuity in Leadership and a Strong Vision

Fabrizio Cardinali, who has led ETRO's transformation in recent years as CEO, will continue in his role and oversee the implementation of the brand's strategic roadmap. While preserving continuity in management, the new partnership structure aims to strengthen ETRO's global growth ambitions.

In the new phase, RAMS CEO Faruk Bülbül is planned to assume the role of Chairman of the Board of ETRO. This approach focuses on strengthening the brand in areas such as long-term strategy, global expansion and corporate governance rather than operational processes.
